What interviewers ask today is different from two years ago.
Companies used to test freshers on data structures. Today, they open GitHub Copilot and ask: “Show me how you would use this to solve the problem.”
AI tools are not an optional skill anymore. They are part of how every professional team works. Interviewers expect you to know them. Your college syllabus doesn’t cover them yet. That is okay.
FabForge exists because of this gap. Not to replace what college gave you. To add what the industry now needs.
"Solve this DSA problem"
"What is REST?"
"Explain OOP concepts"
"What are your strengths?"
"Show me how you use Copilot"
"Walk me through a PR you made"
"What is in your GitHub?"
"Show me something you shipped"

You work inside our company.
Fabrainz is a working software company. We build products for clients. FabForge is what happens when you work inside that company for 3 months. You attend our standups, work in our sprints, and your code goes live. Not into a drawer.
Morning Standups
Each morning starts with a 15-minute standup where everyone shares what they did yesterday, what they are working on today, and where they are stuck. It is how professional teams stay aligned.
Code Reviews
Your pull request goes to a senior engineer. They leave comments. You fix them. You merge. This is how professional software is built.
AI in Every Workflow
You use GitHub Copilot in your editor from day one, Claude for research and debugging, and Figma AI for design work. These are part of the daily workflow, the same way professional teams use them.
You are a team member with actual responsibilities. The difference shows up the moment you walk into your first job interview, because you will have already done this before.
There is a programme fee. Here is what it covers.
FabForge is not a free programme. There is a fee to join, because what you receive is not a video course or a classroom certificate.
You get 3 months inside a working company. You get dedicated mentor time, access to live projects, and the AI tools your team uses. That has a cost. The fee reflects that.
Think of it the way professionals think about any serious career investment. CA students pay for articleship training. Engineers pay for certification programmes. The question is never just what it costs. It is what those 3 months build for the next 30 years.

Six tracks. Structured learning.
Proof you can point to.
Each programme is a structured, mentor-led internship. You contribute to client projects from the first week.
Full Stack Development
By the end, you will have shipped a full web application that live users access.
Frontend Engineering
Your portfolio will include production React components built from Figma designs.
Backend Engineering
You leave with APIs you built and deployed, running inside a live product.
UI/UX Design
A complete research-to-prototype design for a client will be in your portfolio.
QA & Testing
Your GitHub will show automated test suites written for a live product.
DevOps & Cloud
Infrastructure you deployed and monitored for a production application will be on your resume.
What does your LinkedIn actually say about you?
Most freshers finish college with a LinkedIn that is just a list of skills and education with no projects to back it up.
After FabForge, your LinkedIn shows:
- An internship at Fabrainz, a software company
- Projects that are live, with links people can click
- Skills endorsed by people who worked with you daily
- An About section that sounds like a professional, not a student
We work on this with you throughout the programme. Not as a session at the end. As part of how you present your work every week.

Student Voices
What happens after three months of real work.
Every quote is from a student who felt the same uncertainty you might feel right now.
“By week two I was presenting a user research report to an actual client. Not a practice exercise, not a mock review. A real client sitting across from me, asking follow-up questions. I did not expect that kind of responsibility so early, and honestly it scared me a little. But it also made everything after that feel possible.”
Outcome
Junior UX designer at a product company in Chennai.
Priya S.
“The thing interviewers keep asking about is the live app on my GitHub. Not the tutorials I did before, not my college projects. The one I shipped here, the one with actual users. It comes up in every single conversation.”
Outcome
Accepted a role at a Bangalore startup after two campus placement offers.
Arun K.
“The first two weeks were rough. I was not used to standups, I did not know how to talk about my blockers without feeling like I was failing. But somewhere around week three, it clicked. Being able to say what you are stuck on, clearly and without panic, turns out that is half the job.”
Outcome
Final year, already holding an offer from a Hyderabad-based company.
Kavitha R.
“Honestly, the best part was how quickly it all stopped feeling new. A month in I was setting up deployment pipelines for a client like it was just a Tuesday.”
Outcome
Cloud services company in Coimbatore.
Dinesh M.
“...and then she went through my PR, comment by comment. Forty-seven comments on one pull request. I remember sitting there thinking, this is going to take me all week. It took me two days. And I learned more in those two days than in any semester I can think of.”
Outcome
Frontend developer at an ed-tech company in Chennai.
Swetha N.
“Nobody plans to go into QA. I certainly did not. But when you write a test suite that catches a bug before it hits production, and the dev team actually thanks you for it, you start to understand why some people build entire careers around this.”
Outcome
QA engineer at a fintech startup in Chennai.
Rajan P.
“My dad compared the fee to what he paid for GATE coaching and said this made more sense. His reasoning was simple: I would leave with a product I built, not a certificate for watching lectures. He was right about that.”
Outcome
Fullstack developer at a product company in Bengaluru.
Meena V.

Have questions? Most people do.
FabForge charges a programme fee. Students pay to participate. You are a programme participant working inside our company team, not an employee receiving a salary.
Because what you receive is not a video course or a classroom seat. You get access to our team, our projects, our tools, and our office. That mentorship and infrastructure has a cost. The fee reflects that. Think of it like CA articleship training: you pay because the formation matters.
FabForge builds your work experience, AI skills, and professional profile. The job comes after. The readiness comes from FabForge.
3 months of working inside Fabrainz on client projects. Daily use of professional AI tools: Copilot, Cursor, Claude. Mentor-guided code reviews and design reviews. LinkedIn and GitHub profile building throughout. A professional certificate backed by your portfolio of delivered work.
No prior professional experience is required. Basic knowledge of your chosen track is expected. We are not starting from zero. Everything else, including professional workflow, AI tools, and project experience, we build together over the 3 months.
Yes. Write to learn@fabrainz.com. We reply to every email within 48 hours. We would rather answer every question upfront than have anyone join with the wrong expectations.
FabForge operates out of the Fabrainz office at Kovaipudur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Our programmes run on-site so you experience a real professional working environment with your mentors and teammates.
Absolutely. We welcome students from across Tamil Nadu. Many of our participants commute or relocate from nearby districts including Erode, Tirupur, and Salem for the 3-month programme duration.
Our cohorts include students from colleges across Coimbatore, Erode, Tirupur, Salem, and other Tamil Nadu districts. Whether you study at a government college, a private university, or an autonomous institution, your application is evaluated on your motivation and foundational skills.
Online platforms list hundreds of internships with minimal mentorship. FabForge is on-site at our Coimbatore office with a 15-student cohort, dedicated mentors, and real client projects. You do not watch tutorials. You build and ship software that people use.
