We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• City, institution name, and year of study
• Programme interest and LinkedIn profile URL
• Your written responses in the application form
• College partnership enquiry details (institution name, designation, student count)

We also collect standard technical data automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent. This data is used in aggregate and is not linked to your identity.

We use the information we collect to:

• Review and process your internship application
• Schedule and conduct your application call
• Send you confirmation, programme, and onboarding communications
• Respond to partnership enquiries from colleges and institutions
• Improve our website and programme based on aggregate usage data

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling. Acceptance decisions are made by our team through a personal review of each application.

Application data is stored securely in our database (Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region). We retain application data for up to 24 months after submission to allow for future cohort consideration, unless you request deletion earlier.

Email communications are sent via Resend, a transactional email service. Copies of sent emails are retained by Resend according to their own data retention policy.

We do not store payment information. Programme fees are handled after a direct call and outside this website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share your data only with service providers who help us operate our platform, specifically Supabase (database) and Resend (email). Both providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or a government authority in India.

Our website uses minimal cookies for essential site functionality (such as theme preference storage). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This data is collected in aggregate and does not identify individual visitors.
