Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 March 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FabForge website and your participation in FabForge professional internship programmes, operated by Fabrainz (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Tamil Nadu, India.

By submitting an application, accepting an offer, or participating in a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About FabForge

FabForge is a professional internship programme operated by Fabrainz. We provide structured 3-month internship experiences where selected students work on real client deliverables under professional mentors.

FabForge is a fee-based programme. Students and their families pay a programme fee to participate. FabForge does not pay students a stipend or salary. The programme is not employment and does not create any employer-employee relationship.

2. Eligibility

To apply for a FabForge programme, you must:

  • Be enrolled in or have recently completed an undergraduate engineering degree
  • Be 18 years of age or older at the time of application
  • Have access to a laptop and reliable internet connection
  • Be able to attend sessions from our Coimbatore office or via the agreed hybrid arrangement

Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed by our team and acceptance is at our sole discretion.

3. Application Process

The application process involves submitting a written application on our website, followed by a 15-minute call with our team. We will contact shortlisted applicants within 5 working days of submission.

All information provided in your application must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in immediate rejection or removal from the programme without refund.

4. Programme Fees

FabForge charges a programme fee for participation. The fee amount is communicated to selected students during the application call, after selection. The fee is not published on our website.

The programme fee covers mentorship, project access, AI tool licences, and the professional certificate. It does not constitute tuition or guarantee employment.

Fee payment terms, instalment options (if applicable), and refund conditions are communicated in writing at the time of your offer. These form a binding part of your agreement with us.

Fees are non-refundable once the programme has commenced, except in cases where FabForge cancels or significantly alters the programme before the start date.

5. Programme Participation and Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions and meet project deadlines
  • Maintain professional conduct with mentors, team members, and clients
  • Keep client project details and proprietary information confidential
  • Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and others) responsibly and in accordance with their terms of use
  • Represent FabForge professionally in all interactions related to the programme

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the programme for serious misconduct, repeated non-participation, or breach of confidentiality. In such cases, any refund is at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Work produced during the FabForge programme may involve real client projects. Intellectual property rights in client deliverables belong to the respective clients, as governed by our agreement with them.

You may include project work in your personal portfolio (GitHub, LinkedIn) in a manner that describes your contribution without disclosing confidential client information. Your mentor will advise you on what is appropriate to share publicly.

FabForge retains ownership of all training materials, project briefs, and internal tools provided during the programme.

7. Professional Certificate

Participants who successfully complete the full programme and deliver the required project work will receive a FabForge Professional Certificate.

The certificate is awarded on completion of real deliverables, not on attendance alone. FabForge and, where applicable, the partner institution's names will appear on the certificate.

The certificate certifies programme completion. It does not guarantee employment, job placement, or a specific salary outcome.

8. No Employment Guarantee

FabForge is an internship and skills programme. We do not guarantee, promise, or imply that participation will result in employment, a specific job offer, or a particular salary.

Our goal is to make you significantly more prepared and competitive in the job market. The outcome of your job search depends on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fabrainz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in a FabForge programme or use of our website.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the programme fee you have paid to us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at fabforge.space/terms. Continued participation in a programme after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Material changes to Terms that affect active programme participants will be communicated directly by email.
